It’s a pleasure to meet you!

My name is
Taylor Janulewicz

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from Nicholls State University in southern Louisiana. After college, I traveled back to Arizona to complete my dietetic internship through Utah State Distance Dietetic Internship.

My path as a dietitian has been a unique one. I have experience in the hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings. Little did I know my path would lead me to specialize in oncology. Specifically working closely with bone marrow transplant patients. I loved teaching them about food safety, tips, and tricks to aid in chemo/radiation therapy and help them maintain weight during and after treatment.

After going through my health journey, by finding out, I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Cancer), which puts me at a higher risk of developing uterine cancer. Along with finding out I have a severe gluten allergy. I realized there needs to be more nutrition knowledge available to help other women like myself manage their PCOS to help prevent cancer in the future.

When I am not busy cooking a new delicious gluten-free meal, you can find me traveling, spending time with my two border collies (Blair and Lola), and enjoying a fun pilates workout.
